Dually Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor And Addictions Specialist

Zena is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field. She began her career as an addictions counselor and quickly transitioned into general mental health counseling. Zena holds a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology, equipping her with the expertise and knowledge to support individuals through various challenges.

Zena is deeply passionate about helping people and celebrating their courageous strides in therapy. She believes that it takes courage to seek counseling and trust the process, and she works closely with clients to help them overcome obstacles and embrace personal growth.

Zena is trained in EMDR, CBT, MI, IFS, trauma, complex trauma, brainspotting, DBT, and leadership.
